There are numerous life lesssons i will share. Never marry a man who’s butt is smaller than your own…. he will always hound you to diet ! You can love a rich one as easily as a poor one… A women always needs to own that little black dress… A women needs to always have a stach of money and the ability to live on her own.
“Pay yourself before you pay anyone else.”
If I had listened to that when I started working 40+ years ago my house would be paid for and my retirement would so much more comfortable. Better late than never, my vacations are always paid for in full before the day I leave.
I love moving on my horse. My horses and I are partners as we climb steep mountain trails to see amazing views and find internal peace. The power of the animal and my syncronized movement is physcially and emotionally empowering. I get to see the TOP of the world on the continental divide, along with bears, coyotes, elk, grouse and deer. I usually ride in my favorite pair of Title Nine pants that I bought two years ago. They are nylon which makes them the safe choice if I get wet, and are extremely tear resistant. They are tapered at the lower leg and work well for me when I get off to hike with my horse.
Fresh air, family and friends move me. I especially love the outdoors in the summertime – endless blue skies or rainstorms – Michigan in its finest!
Moving moves me. I won’t stop moving evn though I’m 67 because I always want to stay fit. I want to dance at my grandkids’ weddings (if they choose marriage). Also nature, weather ocean, woods, mountains or prairies, gardening and the laughter and love of my family and friends.
Thanks for asking
Nature & my animals move me! I run and compete in agility with my dogs and I ride my horse in the woods and by the lake.
Being able to keep up with the girls I coach, is one of the best ways to be a role model for them. I don’t view exercise as work, it’s my play time!!
Watching my children absorb my attitude towards movement. It’s fun! Let’s go! And feeding off of their joy of moving….
I love the outdoors no matter the weather! Cycling, gardening, tending to rose bushes in summer. Snowshoeing, hiking in winter!
The beauty of nature moves me. I love to be out on the road on my bike or hiking in the woods. Exercise and relaxation at it’s very best!
