Working Out
Why walk when you could run?
There’s nothing a few endorphins can’t fix!
Make time for health, adventure, passion, humor, giving back, working with children, petting a furry friend….everyday.
Live in the present moment, free of past and future. Be you. Be positive. And love the wave you ride.
The Joy is in The Journey
As a former professional dancer, I was chronically injured by the age of 22 and was forced to “retire.” At such a young age, I wasn’t about to give up on my body. I self rehabbed myself and gained my personal training certificate while studying at the University of Illinois. Fast forward 10 years, I am still a personal trainer and teach personal training at the National Personal Training Institute in Chicago. I am also a nutrition consultant, own my own fitness company and am certified in Orthopedic Exercise. When I am not training, I am busy working with my team of female athletes in bodybuilding. I myself am a figure competitor and saw the way it took my life from negative to positive.
I believe that anything is possible. Age is just a number. If you believe in yourself and your body then you can achieve anything you want.
We are never too old to recover, rejuvenate, learn and grow, I’m living proof!
