Working Out
Hi,
Back in October I ordered something that was a birthday present for my wife. I placed my order on 10/17/13, which was six business days before her birthday on the 26th. This was more than enough time for UPS or FedEx to delivery package before her birthday. As I waited for tracking #, I was shocked to find out that you ship via the US Postal Service. The product finally arrived on 10/28th…two days AFTER her birthday. I happen to own a business and would never ship via US Postal because of their slow delivery system and poor tracking information. Hence, although my wife likes your products, I won’t be purchasing gifts from your company in the future.
Regards,
Saxe
I love your stuff. Drool over it. However – several years ago I finally got to go to one of your stores and the clerk ignored me. When I asked questions or wanted to use the fitting room it was as if I was imposing on her. I haven’t purchased anything since although I still drool over your catalogs.
I enjoy your catalogs very much and have ordered several things from you. My one suggestion would be to tag your items with the brand. For example, I know Horny Toad and Prana dresses and skirts fit my body type, so when I see the brand name I gravitate to it, rather than a different item that I don’t know. I am also an avid backpacker so know that certain brands stand up better than others in tough conditions, like Mt. Hardwear.
Thanks so much for making clothes that flatter a range of age groups, as I am 47 and still enjoy looking pretty and flirty, not sloppy or risqué.
Hi!
I feel great in your clothes and I feel even better that they came from Title Nine. I admit, I’ll work a little harder to spend my money with women-owned companies but they’ve rarely let me down. In the case of Title Nine, I’m not just a happy costumer; I’m a fan. I suspect I’m not the only one 🙂 Get ready for the outpouring of love!
Amy
I love, love, love the clothes y’all pick – they are great quality and last. However, I’d love to see more acknowledgement in your catalogs and on your website that not all women are “sample size”. I am a strong, fit, healthy size 12 – my bone structure simply doesn’t get to a 4 or 6. How about adding women of all sizes? Fight the idea that strong and beautiful looks only one way!
I have been shopping with Title Nine for years now and love it. It is obvious that this company is run by women because you all know how to Kick A** and take names! The sports bras you sell are not those that a man would think would be good (like they have a clue on how to keep the “girls” from bouncing) but are obviously women designed and tested! And the clothing is awesome. Cute, comfortable and built to take a punishing workout and still look great!
You Rock!!!
Keep up the great work!
Wendy
Missy, I love everything you do and I think your clothes are pretty and bad-ass! My only complaint, and I’ve voiced it before, is that most of your clothes do not fit me. (I don’t fit your typical athlete mold, yet I am an athlete!) Any future plans to expand your size offerings?
On the whole,Love your stuff.
Suggest to drop the hems to or slightly below the knee and I would love a easy on /off, cover the hips bathing suit, thats not black
I love the clothes, and the fact that it’s woman run throughout! Also love the wow Wednesdays! Wish you had a store closer to Fremont!
Love the look of your clothes -pretty ones and “bad ass”. However, they are not made for petites. Not just shorter in length, but proportionally shorter throughout so we smaller ladies can look as good as the 6 footers. There are plenty of us little ladies around who are extremely active. I am 60 plus but play singles tennis almost daily, hike, snowshoe, ski and would love to find some great looking and performing active clothing in true petite sizes. You’re missing out on an entire segment of customers!!! I do purchase my sports bras from Title Nine and love them, but would love to be able to wear your clothes! I’m 4 feet 10 inches and 100 pounds – normal sizing just doesn’t work. PLEASE start a petite line!!!
Thanks!
