Wanna win this sweet surfboard?
The contest period has ended. Thank you for all the amazing entries. Stay tuned over the next few days for the announcement of our winners!
We worked with our friends over at Carve Designs to create a one-of-a-kind T9er surfboard (shaped by Entropy) for one of you lucky ladies to win. Here’s all we’re asking – dazzle us with your creativity by telling us why YOU deserve this sweet 7′ sustainably-made ride.
Would you like to fulfill a life-long dream to catch a wave? Use it as a surf deco coffee table, or save drowning children in faraway oceans? Whatever the cause, tell us in 99 words or less by posting a comment below.
Share your words by June 1st, 2009 for a chance to win the surfboard awesomeness. Fret not, ’cause we’ll be giving away 2 prizes to the runners-up ($100 gift card + Team T9 membership).
Heads Up: Our contests are only open to Title Nine eMail subscribers. They are our way of saying thanks to our loyal customers. So if you aren’t already a subscriber you will become one by submitting your entry. Click Here to read the official rules.

I love reading the mini-bio’s you have on each of your models in the catalog. They are real people living real lives. I often wonder what I would have on *my* page. What’s my little know secret that makes me special? Often times my mind draws a complete blank. I have no clue what my favorite movie is or what my favorite exercise is. I do know my favorite way to spend time is homeschooling my four kids. We create adventures and know each others hearts If in some small way, I can add 4 good people to this world, that will be my “special” thing.
My boys surf. I’m afraid of sharks but having a cool board might just be enough to get me in the water to try! 🙂 What an adventure for them!
What can I say Mother’s Day is right around the corner. I live the typical Alaskan wife-style. Husband gone commercial fishing, mom working full time raising beautiful children. All boys at that. Ages 6,3,2 months. I bought my husband his last surf board from hana highway surfboard. Not to mention he already has two of them. I would love this fun board for a Mother’s Day gift!
I have now survived cancer twice and am looking to heal what lies within…
Please give me the chance to be as one with the waves. To glide on the water and feel the pounding of the surf. Oh the joy…to feel nothing but the sun on my shoulders as I stand on top of a beautiful board. I want to revisit the girl inside, full of hope and adventure. I want the chance to go beyound my limits on a beautiful board that will move me forward into peace and tranquility.
Thank you,
Sheryl
When I turned 30 I moved to California. Growing up in Ohio I dreamed of learning to surf. Thirty seemed like a good year to try and fulfill that dream. I will never forget the feeling the first time I caught a wave, managed to make it to my feet, and rode in to the shore. Five years later I am still surfing and excited to share that feeling with any woman who wants to give surfing a try. I would take that sweet board in the water with me to share the stoke. Plus, it matches my trunks.
We wipe out, we learn the most, gaining courage and real strength .
My “STRENGTH” tattoo reminds me that through the death of my parents at age 16, I shall always draw inner strength
The hardest part about catching a wave is paddling out
At a young age I was forced to choose the life I was going to live for myself.
When presented with challenges, confront them just like a surfer confronts the waves – head on.
So I decided to give back, this year I was hired as a FL beach paramedic firefighter, a “rookie” without a board.
Hang 10, I’m 40 and wanting to play in the waves!
With each rising day we head out to check the surf. We pass through garden beds thick with veggies. I give thanks for Blue, our son. His 2nd summer approaches. I watch as our lil’ sea monkey grows, plant-like, deeply nourished by water.
A full feeling rushes over me. My thoughts rise on the incoming tide, I am steeped in liquid. The ocean has brought calm to my mind, taught my soul peace, and connected me with my body. It has fed me.
I want to reveal all of this to Blue, from the nose of a 7 footer.
This year I’ll watch my youngest child graduate, quit my 30 year management career, sell my home, marry my sweetheart, and move to the coast. For years, as a single mom committed to my kids, I kept Title Nine catalogues for reading before bedtime to dream well. Now it’s time. Time to travel and play in the water until death do us part! I want to model my Title Nine halterkini riding my new bio Entropy board! Go Green! California, here we come!
I have loved surfing all of my life and I live in the mountains far away from the ocean. But every summer I make it a point to go surfing at least twice per summer. When I was a little girl I used to dream of being a professional surfer, but because of where I lived it never happened. Anyway I enjoy surfing at Santa Cruz each summer. I do not own a surf board, but have always dreamed of owning one. I would love to win this surf board. It would make my life more complete. Thank you so much for this opportunity. Sincerely, Amber Waelbrock
I would love to win this surfboard so I can sell it & donate the proceeds to the Northcentral Maltese Rescue in memory of my rescue dog Marvin who I had to put to sleep last week after he had neurological problems that medication could not control. I got him from this rescue & would like to help them out. 🙂
