For over 30 years, Title Nine has built a business and a community that is based on these beliefs.
Three years ago we launched T9 Pitchfest Outdoor Edition to promote, mentor, and encourage women entrepreneurs in the outdoor industry. Little did we know that we’d also be building a unique community of women that we would want to be a part of. There’s a sailor and a PhD. A cosmetic chemist and an industrial engineer. There’s a 16-year-old from Boulder, a 53-year-old mother of two born in Ethiopia, and still many, many more enterprising women innovating in this outdoor space.
And together they, and we, make a powerful team.
But the community of women difference makers is much, much bigger than the outdoor industry. So, this May we’re launching a new Pitchfest Nonprofit Edition! We’re putting out a call to women who are running nonprofits to tell us their stories, pitch their programs, and win some cash to build their organizations. We’re hoping to add a whole new group of entrepreneurial activists to our community of women leaders.
