I know I can plan all day long and someone, somewhere is going to throw a monkey wrench in my plan! So , I have learned the art of being able to change gears with a smile. And sometimes that turns into the most wonderful of surprises! I know I can't always get to my kayak, or on the treadmill so 15-20 mins of hard frisbee tag works for me and makes my kids laugh! I know that water feels so good to be in, splash in, ride on or paddle in. I know that it fills my soul with peace. I know now after 40 some years, that the simple things are the best. I want to be as free as my 3 year old who just takes off his trunks and jumps in the water with complete ecstasy!! I know that watching the news is not good for me, to have faith, slow down and really only possess what we truly need. I know that life is unpredictable and I wouldn't have it any other way!! I saw a awesome quote in Spokane Washington store, " Life isn't about learning to weather the storm, it is about learning to dance in the rain!" So , I know the next time it rains , I'm out there dancing up a storm . I know I want to live !
