We know that a good sports bra is the key to a good workout.
We know that the best apparel can go through the washer and dryer.
We know that our happiest times are not spent behind a desk.
We know that the shortest distance between two points is not always the best way to travel.

I know that trying to manuver life with kids, dogs and a husband that works away in a different state, to roll with the punches. I know I can plan all day long and someone, somewhere is going to throw a monkey wrench in my plan! So , I have learned the art of being able to change gears with a smile. And sometimes that turns into the most wonderful of surprises! I know I can’t always get to my kayak, or on the treadmill so 15-20 mins of hard frisbee tag works for me and makes my kids laugh! I know that water feels so good to be in, splash in, ride on or paddle in. I know that it fills my soul with peace. I know now after 40 some years, that the simple things are the best. I want to be as free as my 3 year old who just takes off his trunks and jumps in the water with complete ecstasy!! I know that watching the news is not good for me, to have faith, slow down and really only possess what we truly need. I know that life is unpredictable and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! I saw a awesome quote in Spokane Washington store, ” Life isn’t about learning to weather the storm, it is about learning to dance in the rain!” So , I know the next time it rains , I’m out there dancing up a storm . I know I want to live !
We know that watching our daughters run, swim and dance gives us sheer joy.
We know that moving our bodies is the best medicine.
We know that after moving our bodies, we feel at peace.
We hope that others will try the same, and understand “why”?#!
