		<description>This is so true.  Making the numbers work is the toughest part of the organization.  Keeping the group motivated and happy and on target is the other requirement.  Thank goodness you had the opportunity to experience the three week course to allow you to see both sides.  Keep striving and delivering and motivating.  Missy&#039;s musing are truly motivational for all who partake.</description>
