My primary request is petite sizing for more items – not just pants. Long-sleeve tops and dresses are no-can-do’s for me – when winter rolls in, I just ignore your catalogs b/c I don’t want to like something and not be able to order it. Even short-sleeve tops are too long in the torso for a petite girl! Your coats are so cute – but I could never order one. Sometimes your bras change too much – find one I like, order it, want to buy more, then you have discontinued it! Some stay around a while, but never my favs! I am a 36DD, and your swim suits never work for me – I think they should – that’s what I count on you for – to deliver where no one else can. For lap swimming and some fun ones for vaca.
I really like your clothes, just wish you had a store in Cypress, Texas. The cost of shipping is some what a turn off and if it does not fit you have to pay to ship back to you. Then you have to pay shipping again for exchange items. A couple of times I just keep the items even though it did not fit correctly because of the shipping. I would buy more from you all but the sizes are not always the same. Hope you all will think about opening a store in Cypress, Texas as the area is really growing.
I relied on Title Nine for many years for your Real Deal bikinis and found them ideal. However, for my last several purchases, I had to send them back. I wrote a letter explaining in detail and asked for a reply but never got even an acknowledgment. (Unfortunately, I can no longer access my letter.)
The upshot was that you are using a new, much flimsier type of elastic in the bottoms. They don’t stay up! They feel insecure from the outset.
I asked if this was a permanent policy but never heard back from you. Meanwhile, I am looking elsewhere for suits.
I think it’s time you featured an “older” model in your catalogue. And I have just the person: she will be 68 soon, former professional ballerina, competitive rider and runner; now cycles and is a personal trainer (my PT). She loves your clothes. Contact me if you’re interested!
Love the clothes, want to try them all!! But your shipping costs/policy is a HUGE deterrent!! Even if I order an item but need it in a different size, I have to pay return shipping. The same goes for exchanges of any kind. I realize you are a “small company” but I truly believe you lose a ton of business due to your policies. You have stores (not close to me 🙁 ) so you are not “that small”. Just an opinion…..
I have enjoyed T9 clothes for many years, even when I had to save for months for just a couple of items. They were always worth it.
When I have the opportunity to shop in your stores I see women of all ages, many are like me, in our 50s ( or 60s ) who are still active and enjoy your sporty clothes.
As much as I enjoy the dynamic young women modeling the clothes in the catalogs, I’d also love to see slightly older women who are also beautiful, active and dynamic. The first Title IX ers!
Ordered an item that came in a set. only half the set arrived but was charged full price. CS basically told me I could return it . It would have cost almost as much in back and forth shipping as the clearance price so I kept it. The lack of concern over the mistake really still bothers me to this day. Also sizing and quality seems to vary pretty widely so I don’t order. Title nine isn’t the only game in town. They need to compete.

I have only ordered a few items, but I have been extremely pleased with the quality, comfort, and style. Thanks!
Love your clothes & shoes – you all have outstanding customer service.
Keep up the good work
Love your clothes. Wish you had a credit card so that I could earn rewards. Is there anything like that in the works??
