Great things to try Missy. My favorite combo is baiting a hook (actually, tying on a dry fly) while spending a whole, entire day outside! Have to admit… While doing these things in Montana, an email and text free day is much easier to achieve!

    Hmm I’ve tried 7 out of 10. I have not tried 1, 3, and 5.

    1. I think it’d be best if I NOT discover new chocolates. 3. I might look into this for a possible backpack trip coming up. I have gotten chafing from a waist belt before but it only happened once. 5. I’m interested in bike lights though I’m in infrequent biker and I tend to only bike when it’s light out.

    Hi all
My friends and I walked 39 miles in two hot days for the
New York Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in October 07′.
We couldn’t have done it without body glide!
    Good luck!

Hi Missy – great tips – isn’t it crazy how HARD it is to go email/text/cell phone free for a day – I’ve yet to make it through an ENTIRE day.

Does body glide really work? I’ve heard many things about it, but, never tried it. Attempt to cover all visible body parts with non chaffing material. Usually still get blisters in arm holes and under the bra strap band.

Yes, it really works. Body Glide cannot fix basic contruction problems: exposed seams and hardware or chafing fabrics. But absent those kinds of problems, every T9er uses Body Glide to fix the chafe problem. Sometimes I slather it on my skin AND on the garment itself. Hope this helps.

Body glide is amazing. It does really work. I used to get really bad sores under my bra band and straps after running long distances, but not anymore :-) .

Yes!!! I am a marathon runner with an average time of 3:50-4:00. I discovered Body Glide at my first pre-race expo. The stuff is great! very reliable in the Wisonsin summer heat and dead of winter. I use it on my feet, my sternum, groin, waistband, underarm, and even around my ears where my sunglasses leave their mark. Someday perhaps another marathon runner will design a bra that fits as well at the end of a long run as it did at the start, until then BODY GLIDE!!
Oh, my daughter also uses it on her feet for dancing, works well.
