		<description>I also think that while one can &quot;block out the barriers&quot; you can still take time to enjoy the journey and not just the end destination.

That steep drop off on the left may have some spectacular scenery, of course enjoying that would be easier if you were going on foot rather than bike wheel ;)</description>

		<description>Perfect reminder to keep my eyes on the prize.  I struggle with this on race days.  Usually it&#039;s in the last miles of the race, I start to itemize the aches and pains I&#039;m feeling rather than the finish line.  It&#039;s a learned skill!</description>
