Butter Button-Up Review

My hands down favorite fabric for pretty much any activity is our “Butter” products (by Mountain Hardwear). I doubt I could do the fabric justice by trying to put into words how incredibly soft it is, how it never binds but moves with you and how I never get that claustrophobic feeling because it breathes so well. Our most recent incarnation of Butter is the Butter Button Up. This top will keep you warm and comfy in fall and winter whether you are working out or running around town. I have seen this top on many sizes and shapes of women in our office and it looks great on everyone. My favorite thing is how comfortable it is and I love the longer length on the arms that allows for wrapping up cold hands and thumbholes that guarantee no bunching or riding up no matter what I’m doing.

This top corners the market on soft! And looks good too! The way it’s cut and where the seams are add style and comfort. I love this top!
I agree. The butter button-up is a must have winter top for any outdoor athlete. It feels like a thin, wicking wet-suit for dry land. Even at 5am on a foggy October morning I am warm when I ride my bike to school or work, as long as I’m wearing my Butter Button Up!! What sold me on this top over our other Butter items is the styling—perfect for layering or wearing on its own, it can transition between a wide range of temperatures.
I loooove the butter button up. The fit is perfect, allowing me to roll and dance and do inversions without it ever riding up or leaving my tummy exposed. I feel cuddly and protected from the elements while still feelin super fly
! I’m considering buying all three colors even though I almost never buy more than one of anything– truth be told I wish they made a whole rainbow of colors so I could wear one every day of the week. mmmm…butter!
Jen – I love anything Butter and I too was in heaven when we got this top… Butter will always be my favorite but they thing that makes this item so top notch is the fit.. Truly is amazing for many body types.. And the colors look beautiful on everyone
