An all women, annual 9K run, jog, or walk in three scenic locations – Boulder,  the Bay Area and Chicago.  All events include a Rag-A-Muffin Fun Run for the kids and a post race Expo you won’t want to miss!

Boulder – Sunday, May 13th, 2012 at 9:00am
Bay Area – Sunday, September 16th, 2012 at 9:00am
Chicago – Sunday, October 21st, 2012 at 9:00am

For those interested in walking with a group on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30, we’ll be meeting at meeting at the Lafayette Reservoir located on Mt. Diablo Blvd.

The Lakeside Trail is 2.7 miles around with rolling hills. Plan to spend 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes for a complete walk. Please bring water, proper apparel and quarters for the meter.

Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30am
Location: Lafayette Reservoir located on Mt. Diablo Blvd.
Cost: FREE! Can’t beat that!
